Return Policy | Orthodox Toys

We want every family to enjoy our handmade Orthodox educational products. If there is an issue with your order, please review the return policy below.

1. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at alex@orthodoxtoys.com with photos and details.
We will review your request and may arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.

2. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If an item is not returned in its original condition, we may deduct an amount to cover the loss in value.

3. Exchanges

If you need an exchange for the same product (for example, due to damage or defect), please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to production time since all items are handmade to order.

4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom or personalised orders (made to your specific request).
Digital items such as eBooks or downloadable files.
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
